The Music
The music created and performed by VWA artists is original praise and worship, reflecting the diverse nature of Canada.
VWA is always looking for fresh, original worship songs for publication. If you have written songs that are
being sung in your church, we would like to
hear them.
Here are the criteria for submitting
songs:
a) Each submission must be accompanied by a letter of endorsement from your Senior Pastor. It must state that the song(s) are used regularly in your Sunday worship, describe the impact upon the congregation, and the contribution to the worship service.
b) Please do not "produce" the songs. A recording of your song with one instrument and lead vocal is sufficient. The most important part for us to hear in reviewing your song is the melody and lyrics, so make sure the lead vocal can easily be heard. Avoid multiple instrument and vocal tracks.
c) No more than three songs per tape, cd or electronic submission (mp3's please).

Include lyric and lead sheets with your recordings. (in word doc or PDF format please)
e)
Include the writer’s name, address, phone
number and email address on both the recording (if tape/cd) and lead sheet. When submitting electronically, please include this information within the email or use hard copy as applicable)
Please note that any submissions which do not conform to the above criteria cannot be accepted.
