Dayle Binet

Dayle has taught vocal arts for 7 years while continuing to study under RCM. She currently runs her own voice studios, and this year has seen one choir she tutors out of the Public School system and three of her students take home gold medals at local festivals and competitions. 

'My vision is to influence churches to recognize the power of music and the arts.To stir up our passion for excellence in production and to teach about the most powerful God given instrument both in the church and in the workplace, the voice, whether in song or in speech.'

 

Les Bourassa

Les has been Senior Pastor of New Life Victory Fellowship in Lac La Biche since April 1999. He is a member of the Missions Executive Board for VCI and has experience in travel to Mexico, Jamaica and various parts of Africa.He accounts for his passion for evangelism and missions because 'we touch the heart of God when we reach out to others and that changes our hearts'.

 

 

 

Maria Collett

Maria has been a pastor in the Edmonton Inner City community for 9 years. She has a passion to see people transformed through the power of Christ. She loves music, drama and the arts and desires to see them used to the glory of God. She desires to see the body of Christ mobilized and freed in the area of worship and the arts.

 

 

 

 

 

Troy Collett

Troy and his wife Maria pastor Edmonton City Centre Victory Church in the inner city of Edmonton. Troy has a BSc, a B.B.S, and a M.A. Counselling. Ministry background includes: Homeless shelter, addictions treatment, First Nations camps, outreach and worship band guitar player. Troy’s vision is to see God’s people truly understand and experience the destiny and purpose they were created for.

 

 

 

 

Lorne Davis

Lorne Davis is presently Senior Pastor of Victory Family Church of Swift Current, Sask., a thriving church of about 300 people. He is also Regional Director of the Sask. West Region of Victory Churches. Lorne was born-again in January, 1984 in a personal encounter with Jesus Christ in the basement of his house. This encounter came in the form of an open vision and an audible voice of the Lord. He was then baptized in the Holy Spirit while watching Kenneth Copeland on television. Lorne flows strongly in a prophetic anointing in words of wisdom and knowledge and in the song of the Lord. His motivation is to see people worship in Spirit and Truth and to see Jesus glorified.

 

 

Don Heywood

Don Heywood is the Dean of Worship Arts for Victory Bible Colleges International and Associate Pastor for Living Waters Victory Church, both in Calgary, AB. He has multiple degrees in Music and Theology, and has over thirty years of experience as a teacher and a professional musician. His vision is to bring excellence in worship—including music—to our churches as we grow into deeper intimacy with God.

 

Mary Jenkins

Mary grew up in a family of 9 children. She moved to Calgary from Lac La Biche in 2000 to attend Victory Bible College where she has received a Bachelor of Theology and a Certificate of Worship Arts. While attending College she became involved in ROVC's youth ministry as a leader and served there until 2004 when she sensed God's call to become the youth Pastor and direct VCI’s Boot Camp. Through leading the youth ministry Mary has found that enabling youth through music has been a key in reaching the youth for Christ. Mary has a passion to see teenagers discover Christ and in turn reach the full potential He has for their lives..

Paul Juss

Paul was born again in 1979 and baptized in the Holy Spirit about a year later. It was from that encounter, that worship and praise of who God was and is became as natural as breathing. He very quickly became a worship and praise leader in international outreach ministry as well as the local church. Even while serving in Mexico and Kenya for over six years, worship and praise have always been a central part of his identity and passion.

 

 

 

 

Paul Militsala

As Sr. Pastor for Victory Church on the Rock, NE, Paul is also the Director for Victory Worship Arts. He’s been a musician and worship leader for over 20 years and now focuses on teaching and training worship leaders, worship team skills and applying lifelong lessons he’s learned. His desire is to see each front line worshiper used to their fullest potential, as they lead others to the secret place.

 

Shelly Militsala

Shelly has been serving in the ministry along with her husband for over 20 years. In her experience in working with the body of Christ she has discovered that “children” are the church of today and not the church of tomorrow. Jesus said, “Let the children come unto me”, this shows the desire already planted in the hearts of our children and how sometimes “adults” complicate this simplicity. Shelly has a growing desire to see the children worship freely without some of the hang-ups that adults can have.

 

Mike Munroe & Wayne Quist

With over 40 years combined experience in the music industry, Mike & Wayne bring a wealth of wisdom to share. They love the Lord and they desire to use their guitars to honor Him. Both believe that a well trained and anointed musician can use the electric guitar to accent the worship time, flow with the Holy Spirit and bring musical prophetic release.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Charlotte Quist

Charlotte is the Worship Pastor & Creative Arts director at Victory Church on the Rock, Grande Prairie. She is also part of the teaching faculty of Victory Ministry Training Centre. For the past 16 years she has been active in church worship ministry, teaching, outreach, songwriting and recording. Charlotte is passionate about God and equipping worship artists to fulfill their destiny in Him. Let the worshipers arise!

Kelly Riopel

Kelly and her husband co – pastor The Rock Victory Church in Onoway. Pastor Kelly has the heart of a worshipper and a love for prayer. She desires for the body of Christ to arise in wholeness to be empowered to fulfill its destiny.

 

 

 

Noel Wadson

Noel is Worship Director/Youth Leader at Victory Church on the Rock NE Edmonton. He has been a part of the worship ministry there for over 10 years, as well as actively involved on the Victory Worship Arts Committee for 7 years. Noel has also participated in the worship ministry for many Victory conferences and outreaches.
